How can I have access to the translation services?
When registering for the conference:

When you register and pay online at the conference website www.eventosg12.com select the translation service option for an additional cost.

Where do I claim my translation kit?
Walk up to the translation stand in the commercial area of the G12 Auditorium, where you will be able to pick up your translation kit by leaving some form of ID or voucher.

You will also be able to pay for the kit in person at the stand, in case you did not pay for translation when you registered for your conference online.

Tips when using your translation device:
If you lose the device you will have to pay the device’s full price.

It is important you don’t have other devices next to your translation device to avoid interference.

Once the event has ended you must return the device at the translation stand located in the commercial area inside the G12 Auditorium, and claim your ID.

Internationals: Credit card.
Nationals: PSE, Efecty, pagatodo, auditorium’s cashiers and credit cards.

Following the recommendations of district authorities, we advise against bringing children under 3 years of age into the auditorium.

During the event we will enable an exclusive area where the conference will be broadcasted via closed circuit television. The capacity of this space is limited, so only one baby  and one responsible adult will be allowed for a limited time.

First Aid location: In the entrance Hall of the G12 Convention Center, on the northern side of the Auditorium, close to the Americas Av. entrance.

Security location: Administrative building reception.

Security recommendations during the event: Do not buy products from street vendors. Do not reserve seats with personal belongings. Only carry things that you need during the convention. Please display your convention material at all times. Look after your personal belongings at all times. If you have any queries, please ask our uniformed ushers.
